An old woman was seriously injured when the boat overturned in Fewa lake due to the storm.
Among the injured is 70-year-old Yammaya Giri, who lives in Pokhara 1.
DSP Shrawan Bika, spokesperson of District Police Office Kaski informed that the boat overturned in the lake around 4:30 on Saturday. According to him, six people on board the boat have been rescued.
After the rescue, the injured are being treated at Gandaki Medical College. ‘The situation is unconscious. Treatment is underway,’ he said.
