Concentrix Corp. of California acquired Beaverton software and services company PK for $1.6 billion at the end of 2021. (Nasdaq: CNXC).
The Carlyle Group, PK’s previous owner, sold its stake to the California company in an all-cash transaction. The transaction closed on Dec. 27, and the two companies are currently integrating, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
