Two arrested with red panda skin in Kathmandu

Police have arrested two people from Kathmandu with the skin of a rare wild animal, the red panda.

The arrested are Umesh Bisunke, 24, of Ramechhap Doramba Gaonpalika-5 of Shankharapur Indreni and Arjun Magrati, 25, of Dolakha Tamakoshi Gaonpalika-1 of Gaushala.

On the basis of special information, the police deployed from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Swayambhu, arrested them from Bishnumati Corridor Road, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-15. 

Police said that further investigation is underway.
