Curfew Imposed in Rajbiraj

A curfew has been imposed in various areas of Rajbiraj, the district headquarters of Saptari, effective from 5:00 am today until further notice.

The District Administration Office issued a statement today stating that the curfew was imposed to maintain peace and security in the district, as per the decision of the District Security Committee.

Curfew Boundaries

According to the order issued by Chief District Officer Shyam Krishna Thapa, the curfew will be in effect within the boundaries of Rajbiraj Municipality, specifically from Khando Khola in the east, Judni-Dhalhi on the Hulaki Highway in the west, Basbitti Chowk on the Rupani Road in the north, and the western Koshi canal (Vishnupur Rural Municipality border) in the south.
